36th Annual General Meeting

The 36th Annual General Meeting was held on 26th July,2025 at WB - AMFI, GHOSH BHAWAN, KOLKATA.

The event was graced by the presence of the Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Bishwajit Das, esteemed Directors, Shareholders, CFO, Statutory Auditor and other well-wishers of the company. The preset agenda had been presented discussed and resolved in the AGM as per the Provisions of the Company Act 2013.We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants of the meeting for their continued support, which made the Annual General Meeting a resounding success.

SKOCH Award

WeGrow Financial Services Private Limited has been recognized with the prestigious ‘SKOCH’ award for ‘Job Generative Growth ‘. The award was handed over to Mr. Bishwajit Das, Chairman & Managing Director of the company in the 100th summit of SKOCH at New Delhi on 30th November’2024. Mr. Das has addressed on “Financial Inclusion & Financial Deepening”.
